About

I started writing when my youngest son found the “required” reading curriculum in school less than interesting. We entered into many discussions about what makes a book interesting, and we came to the conclusion that different people like different books. Surprise! People like different foods, and cars, and clothes, and movies, and . . . everything. So why force a person to read what you want them to read?

In light of this, we decided to write a book, and what happened was I fell in love with writing. More than 100 books later, I’m still going strong. A few years ago, I decided to learn to write screenplays. I’ve now written 34 of them, and one is scheduled to be produced by a major production company.

My books include many genres, including mystery/crime, fantasy, sci-fi, and many nonfiction books on grammar, writing, publishing, careers, and animals. I also have numerous books on grammar for kids.

One of the only things I like as much as writing, is helping others with writing, publishing, and grammar.
